You know its an healthy routine to have , giving only 1 to 2 hours to gym makes you feel very comfortable and strong . You don't need to workout very hard but what you should do is to have a basic workout and then when you are used to it then you can switch to some hard stuff . The person who has an habit of having a gym always stays healthy and fit and hence their body then looks well organised and well builded .Make it a habit of going to gym for an hour or two . out of those 24 hours give 1 to 2 hours daily to the GYM and them after 2 to 4 months you will see the change itself .
